Renee and Sherry were being considered for the same job promotion. Sherry had been working at the company for Seven Years while Renee had only been there for Seven Months. Renee was told by the company owner that he'd take care of breaking the news to Sherry but Renee wanted to do it and rub it in the bitch's face.
